Shipping and Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, or up to 7 working days during sale periods. The standard delivery time is 2-5 business days subject to conditions. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide commencing from the date of dispatch.
We offer free delivery within Singapore for orders above $100. For orders below $100, a flat rate of $20 for shipping via registered mail to Singapore applies. For deliveries to other countries or for express or other shipping options please email us for a quote.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five (5) calendar days of receiving your order. Your email must state your order or invoice number, product code of the Product you wish to return and the reason for returning the Product. Please arrange for the Product to reach us within seven (7) calendar days from the receipt of our email approving the return. We only accept returns that follow the above process and are returned by courier with tracking number or by registered mail.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all packaging and price tags still attached. Where provided, authenticity cards, care cards, polish cloths and anti tarnish tabs must be included with your return. Returns that are used or damaged or not returned with price tags still attached or do not have a return approval confirmation from Luxe Labels may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense (this may include shipping costs and additional duties and taxes). Luxe Labels reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for returns.
As all custom and bespoke orders are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for these items.
We are also unable to offer returns or exchanges for sale or promotional Products or Products sold as part of a promotional bundle.
Please email email@example.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.
For orders shipped to Singapore, we will refund the original purchase price (including GST) of the item less shipping or gift wrapping charges. For orders shipped to countries other than Singapore, we will refund the original purchase price of the item less any applicable duties or taxes, shipping or gift wrapping charges.
